Mt. Evolution is a mid-sized dormant volcano in the northern mountain range of the island. It is home to few permanent residents, due to its lack of sustainable food and water. However, it is often traveled by migrating herds of dinosaurs because its wide ridge lines and gentle slopes make for one of the easier paths across the treacherous mountains of the north.
This location has appeared in a mere two episodes of the series, specifically the last two of season four. During these episodes it was the site of a great territorial battle between the two Carcharodontosaur sisters Fang and Caroline, and the sibling Tyrannosaurs Nigel and Jane. In the end, only Jane made it off the mountain alive.
